At KAZO, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Log into your KAZO account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and invoices are included to avoid any delays in processing.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect a signed pickup slip for your records.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
